Hi was looking into a post graduate course home study garden design with the above, has anyone any knowledge of the courses and are they any good. ?? Thanks the course is £750 and lasts a year.There is another one by My Garden School online £480 course lasts 8 weeks course by Hilary Thomas any feedback would be appreciated

    I was looking at a number of courses around the £500 mark. But have not yet made a decision.

    I was looking at that exact same course, Chris. I had a phone call and email from them last week as I had requested a brochure but just need to phone them back.

    They are accredited by the Open Distance Learning Quality Council & BTEC, so they must be doing something right. I am more inclined to go with them than any of the others. The price seems right as well. The My Garden School Online course isn't very long which makes me question the depth it goes into.

      I still have not made a decision. Too busy. But you made a good point re length of course. They also called me and sent email. I may go with them in the end.

          I've been told The English gardening school is a good course and a lot cheaper

            Have you contacted them for the price? Their website does not state the fees.

              It's online £495 for Post graduate course, and spoken to some designers who say it's very well structured, but you need to make sure of support from tutors, which some say can be erratic.
