Darren - try Didcot Plant Hire - 01235 814000 or email at info@didcotplant.co.uk - Didcot Plant Ltd., Basil Hill Road, Didcot, Oxfordshire, OX11 7HJ
Listed in my reference materials as stockists of spare parts for the Bob Andrews Lawn and Turf Doctor range.
Allen bought out Bob Andrews, however Allen Power Equipment closed in 2007, with most of the spares being bought up by Didcot Plant - unsure what if any spares they have left as this is a very old reference now.
From recollection, this machine was also badged as a 'Bluebird' as well as 'Bob Andrews' and 'Allen Power' - they often turn up on Ebay for a nominal sum.
You would be unlikely to get any blades made specially without vast expense as they would be of special grade steel ie very very very hard.
Hi Darren
Have you tried any of these guys?

I hope this is of some help - Adam.
I've emailed support at Hayter (which actually came up as a Toro email address!) and I've emailed Didcot too as they might have a better look if they have a part number.
Cheers!
Hi, i have the same problem (came across this thread whilst searching internet for blades). Mine were like yours a few years ago, worn down/curved on the cutting/leading edge) and i took the shafts apart and reversed the blades, this worked for me but definitely need new ones now, so may be worth a try? I have now bought a set of Bluebird 5201 Dethatcher blades on ebay (readily available) to try on the Lawn Doctor - they look like they will fit so fingers crossed!
