    I have a lwb high top transit gas less that £30 to fill up does just over 200 miles on that. Plenty of room in the back for tools and waste.

    TheL200 double for me as well with trailer when more space needed as the load bed fills up quick as you know!

    I am interested in the new Nissan e-nv200. A fully electric van with range of over 100 miles, 75mph, payload of 750kg approx. Maybe not man enough for some but then whats that saying about men who drive big cars?

    We run Vauxhall combos with trailers and roof racks. Perfectly adequate for the job, pretty secure, get all the tools in, easy to maintain, 400 miles to a tank, low service costs, low insurance, nippy for city traffic, load luggers when required, generally good work horses.

    Ford Transit connect swb, had it 2 1/2 years and it's been a good van so far.

    We have a Nissan Cabstar tipper and Vauxhall Combo Van. Convenience of versatility of truck and handiness of van outweigh worrying about running costs.

    I run a Fiat ducato mwb new style, & vauxhall vivaro the fiat out classes the vivaro
    In every way, loads more space in back, big cab, and drives a dream.....

    Lwb vauxhall Movano, 600 miles a tank,easily eats everything we need to put in it. I quite like the van, not overly keen on the new transits. I had a smiley one but it was to small. Best van ever
