Finally ever tried reading a list of 20 bullet points on van doing 40mph down road...not easy ;-)
Robbie, I too have a Berlingo. In 14 months the livery hasn't produced a single enquiry.
I can only guess why it isn't working, but it's most likely because of one or some of the following reasons...
1. It's too 'busy' as mentioned above. I've a list of bullet point services, probably too many.
2. It just has the mobile number, not the landline. Big error that one, it might well work in London, but not here.
3. Magnetics. Probably doesn't convey an image of permanence, as sign writing would.
4. DiY logo. Worth investing in a professionally designed image if you can afford to.
I'm 'rebranding' in the winter, and having another bash. Keep it simple, with the right message and professionally conveyed.
Hope you get it right first time, good luck!
As above Robbie, keep it simple, get the most professional job done on the van that you can afford. First impressions are everything. If you have a website dont forget to have a QR code made for the van as well.
Robbie,
I like the Image a lot but would certainly increase the size of 'premier' if you trade as premier lawns.
Here is my van

I felt that a large Print of the name, phone number and website were the key features. People will nowadays simple remeber the name and google it later so assuming you have a website i find that is where van based enquires come through
I decided to just add a basic tag-line to the large side graphics but then put a bullet style list on the rear doors as that's were people will have time to read it when sitting behind you in traffic etc.
Thanks for your help guys!
I'm going to get it professionally done, although can't afford a wrap.
Only intend to put on the lawn care service, mobile number, website. Might add a minimum price on there for a treatment.
Maybe add a list of services to the back?
I saw a lawn maintenance van in London with astroturf on the bonnet and roof .It looked very striking.
You'd be surprised at the cost difference, I intended to go with basic lettering but the full colour print was very little dearer.
I had it done by george white in bangor but not sure where you are so that may be well out of your way.
The black line logo and black lettering was quoted at about 140 whereas the full colour vinyls in the photo's were only 180?
Hi guys
Thanks for all your help, i got my van done today & am very pleased with the results!
I may end up adding more text at a later date.
That looks good Robbie, simple, classic and classy.
Think hard before adding to it, would be my advice..:-)
Not putting your home number on it Robbie? A lot of people, especially senior citizens dont like calling mobile numbers, you may be missing out.
