  • If they are fallers the it won't be long before the bruise starts to rot the apple...if they were picked unbruised then layerd in straw or hay or even plenty of scrunched up news paper in a cool, dry darkish enviroment should have them stored for a few months.

  • If they were eaters I'd look in to storing them. Fallen cookers? Use them now, cook them and freeze to store.

  • make them into scrumpy as soon as you can
