good luck with eveything.
I think decide on 2 key things -
1. what services are you going to offer to who. Why will they choose you - what are you the "expert" in. This will determine what you need to start off with, plus how you try and gain customers. It can be as simple as say regular garden maintenance for middle/high income domestic properties from a qualified horticulturist. Will you just be doing plants / borders or lawns as well?
2. What is you pricing structure- hourly vs by job or perhap annual contract paid monthly etc.
A common theme of people starting out is to price too low for the first couple of years and then be forced into addressing it and perhaps loosing some of their customers (though not too many usually) along the way. It's do-able, but best to avoid if possible. Be confient in your offering and price accordingly.
