Am i right in thinking there is no weedkiller approved for use on hard surfaces, gravel paths that would work over winter/low temperatures?

Still got weeds in the lawn

I've recently scarified and over-seeded a lawn. I dropped in today to have a look and i was surprised to see as much weed as before the over-seed.

Pesticide - The recurring question - Do I need to be licensed?
