  • Can you not terrace it with sleepers or similar before planting?
  • Hi.
You could use biodegradable blankets. They are sutable to seed underneed or planted using notch system. The blankets are holding the soil but degrade with the time when the plants are strong enough to hold the soil. This way you can design very nice mix of groundcovers and shrubs and even have a wild flower meadow.
One product I specified is by BioNet.
Let me know if you need any more information.

Contact this supplier. I know from large scale project but if you speak to them, you will find if they are supply smaller amount. They are very friendly and I am sure that you will get good advice out of the conversation.
  • HI Chris this project sound like a job I did last year, I have posted some picture of the job
  • Hi Chris

Perhaps dividing the area with beds thus creating a series of levels that are flat?? Maybe in a staggered fashion?

Good luck with the job it sounds very interesting...and very time consuming!
