International recognition for Landscape Juice

Last week I hinted that there will be a marketing opportunity for our members here on the Landscape Juice Network. I didn't go into any detail then but I thought I would give you all a little bit of background about what is going to happen. A couple of weeks ago I received an email from the Typepad Editor Jonathan Swain. "Dear Philip, We are so excited to inform you that your TypePad Blog has been selected to be featured on TypePad’s homepage http://www.typepad.com. We chose your blog because of its unique subject matter, thoughtful posts, and engaging design – everything we look for in a Featured TypePad blog." Landscape Juice will be featured on the Typepad site this coming Sunday and if you wish to add some 'juice' to either your own private website or your member page on here, then I would consider adding a comment on the base of the post. I will expect a considerable spike in visitors as people click on the link over at Typepad. I know that you will not be able to all waltz off to America or Australia with van and tools to construct a garden but what will happen, because of the prominence and value of a link from Typepad, we will all benefit and your sites will very likely to come up much higher in search results. This exposure will, in turn, increase your own profile and because you have links on LJN, this is only going to get better.

I must admit to being very enthusiastic about this site but it has to be said, this site would not be as good as it is without great people like yourself and the host of others who post here.

I am expecting the Typepad piece to be live at 6pm GMT.
