Waste disposal in Cambridgeshire

I'm looking for alternative waste disposal in Cambridgeshire. I'm currently charged near on £60 per ton of biodegradable waste only. Mixed waste around £140 a ton so try and separate as much as possible.Does anyone have any suggestions or other places locally to try

Possibly a bit far out for you (depending on which side of Huntingdon you are), Organic Recycling at Crowland PE6 0LX - Route planner gives it to be about 30 miles away from you though.

How much waste do you tip at a time Steve?

  • In lucky as I have a unit and yard where I can store and save it up and then transport a full van and trailer load at a time. At the moment I seem to be hitting of hard as doing a lot of large clearances. Done 4 full van loads today!
