Food Waste Composting.

Has anyone had any experience of using the compost material from food waste? One of our contracts has just had a food waste composter installed and we aim to use the material around the site. It’s a fantastic bit of kit which turns any food waste into a powdery material in a week or so. We won’t be using it yet, but any info would be appreciated.
