Fertiliser price

i see the fertiliser price as rocketed this year, last year I was paying £27 a bag 25kg this week new price list came out same product £35, big increase 

Another price hike for the customer to swallow.....lol

    Yeah, everything has gone up in the last year or so, and I reckon it's not finished, expect prices to rise further buddy..

      Too true Harry...!!! I noticed landscaping products rocketed last year, sleepers from my local surplier went up £10 each... oh dear...

        Yes a customer is insisting i use last years fertilizer and grass seed left over from last year which they stored outside , what are the chances of activation , germination and a lush lawn ?

          I'd just stick a small pot with some seed/soil in the airing cupboard with a polythene bag over it to keep it damp............ you'll soon know if it's ok in a few days.  Always a pity to chuck stuff that might be ok.
