"Peter I have a 48 pro from 2019 and the easiest thing to try is a high lift blade and clean bag. I found that this vastly improves first pass quality and in damp conditions. cheap easy fix. "

"I use ear plugs from specsavers. They have lots of choose for different industry's and were fairly priced.
Definitely much more comfortable in the summer than ear defenders. Over winter with the backpack blower going I've found they fit comfortably…"

If your an occasional user or look after smaller gardens It might be worth considering a hand held blower which are much lighter and most likely more powerful than than your mcullough blower.
