You must have a good relationship with them. Great news. For us, the hedgecutters are the most impressive. Mainly for noise, fumes and battery life.
I try to keep a good, loyal business relationship with our Dealer and they’re support by a good area manager.
The gear is already out in use and hearing feedback already...

you lucky bugger Gary all i ever had was the batry hedge cutter for a day right at the begining of the year with no propper cutting to be done keep us informed

That new kit, Is it in anyway differ'nt from previous models?? Or what's the claim by Sthl. I'm getting to the end on some of my gear. I was wondering if it's the right time to switch, or hang back for another while??
