Yippee .....Stihl battery gear for evaluation

With many thanks to Stihl and our Dealer, we've been give the whole range of this years battery powered gear for short term evaluation, including multiple batteries and backpack battery and fast chargers. The only item not available was the new Kombi head, but we're hoping to get that to try out some time in the future.

It will be intererting to see what we make of the gear, it's usage and convenience out on commercial sites with multiple users.

It was like Christmas, loading all the items into a Van this week :) I'll try to follow up with any comments or observations in the near future.

You must have a good relationship with them.  Great news.  For us, the hedgecutters are the most impressive.  Mainly for noise, fumes and battery life.

I try to keep a good, loyal business relationship with our Dealer and they’re support by a good area manager.

The gear is already out in use and hearing feedback already...

Its even got me out using them ....what’s the saying ? ‘Never too old to teach an old dog new tricks’ :)

    Hi Gary,

That new kit, Is it in anyway differ'nt from previous models?? Or what's the claim by Sthl. I'm getting to the end on some of my gear. I was wondering if it's the right time to switch, or hang back for another while??
