Hi Marcus
I paid around £250 type lawn care in and Preston I come up 1st as I paid for a sponsored position this was 4 months ago I have had 0-none-zilch-F@@k a@l enquirers keep your money in your pocket
they are pestering me at the moment to do a web site for me as they reckon my web site is not good enuff but want me to sign up for £25 a month i do not want much more work so i am not sending any extra for work i will have to turn down
Roy they probably haven't even looked at your website.
Yell are one of the worst companies to deal with - AVOID them even getting your contact details in the first place.
Did'nt find it an effective way of advertising and what it did bring in was often 30 miles away, and the jobs wouldnt pay the diesel. Seemed to find that once I advertised with them I was inundated with telemarketing calls.
Would steer clear, waste of time and money.
Well that's sorted then, thanks guys for the advice again.
On a positive note, gain a new client today for on going maintenance base upon word of month and just saying hello.
Kind of proves no need for extra's
Not, waste of time and being pestered
Ive been on yell.com and the yellow pages since 2009 but have decided not to renew my advertising with them this year. I just don't get enough return for the cost. I do however have a website built by yell which I am quite happy with.
yell/hibu....opal fruits/starburst.....same thing
