Working in a Winter Wonderland!

Hows everyone finding the weather these days? The last two weeks for us have been pretty dire here in Central Bedfordshire, last week snow, which then froze over, week before that heavy rain during the day, and freezing overnight. Brought us to a grinding halt for much of the last fortnight on the domestic side.

On a brighter note, the forecast for next summer is really good!

The only downside is it's going to be on a Tuesday : (

    Not been an easy couple of weeks has it? Lots of rain........COLD rain! Frost, then just to remind us it could be worse, heavy snow on Wednesday morning that bought the SE to a standstill.  All will be forgotten in the spring and summer!

    hi so what do you do with full time members of staff when the weather turns un workable do you pay them give them holiday pay ?
