going my reviews and it’s good reputation I’m going to upgrade one of my mowers to an etesia, I’ll be replacing my 53cm mower with a 46, which I’m slightly apprehensive about but I couldn’t got for a bigger etesia because of the weight, it will be used 90% on small - medium sized lawns with the occasional larger lawn here or there.
so my local dealer has the pro 46 pkctm with the Kawasaki engine which I thought was the real deal
beside it there is a phcs which is the push model, I lifted it and thought it was perfect but I’m slightly apprehensive of upgrading a mower with self propulsion to one without, but then I think it may be quicker as I will be going at my speed rather than the mowers.
then finally I seen online that there is a Honda single speed pcht option which I think may be a good compromise between the two other mowers but I would be worried that it may be too slow
any advice welcome as I have no experience with etesias and it’s a lot of money to discover I’ve bought the wrong one !!!
Thanks

I've found my smaller mower.... 18" .... far better than my larger 21" for small to medium lawns. So much easier to manoevre and get in/out of the van.... no plank/ramp needed so you shouldn't need to feel apprehensive about the smaller size..... I'd say, if anything, it's actually quicker on these sized lawns.
Don't buy a push mower if you are intending to cut grass all day. You will quickly tire out. You can get a speed up kit for pro46s I believe
I agree with Seth re self propulsion, particularly around here in the not so flat Chilterns.
Can't both engines be sped up ? The Honda quite a bit, the kawasaki not so much . I'm sure someone will be along to correct me but I have one of each and that's what I've had done.
Can't comment on etesia in particular, but I have heard good things about them.
Are you buying new? I've got a self drive etisia I'm selling....its defenatly second hand but works well
if you are cutting grass all day every day do not get a push mower also it may not be able to cut the grass very well at a high pace (your pace)
