fresh turf, turf reinforecement mesh, cheap builders bags, bulk loads of compost, large selection of bare root plants, etc.
staff - help. stock samples ........ cement at my aggregates supplier !
As above, a good stock level! At least a full pack of everything possible to need!,
I like stone merchants with a good variety of interesting stock - Sadly no customers ever want the unusual bits they have in!
For Landscape supplies - I would Kill for reasonably priced Bulk bags of compost , and Possibly even manure pellets - Mixed together they make the best mulch and produce excellent results in most gardens.
As for cheap basic supplies - I have a good local supplier (Mone Bros) in leeds, £8ton for MOT type 1 and £12 for grit sand.
Couldnt ask for fairer pricing!
Bulk bark at a decent price,
I needed about 18,000L last week, none of my local merchants had enough stock to supply me
and it worked out cheaper per litre to buy the small bags (as these were on offer 3 for a tenner or something) than the bulk bags
shouldnt bulk be cheaper?
