Get rid of the dog
😂😂😂😂
Made me chuckle!
Short term fix as the dog carries on peeing on the garden........need to agree what the customer is expecting/trying to actually achieve versus what is possible
He's not a regular customer. So all I can do is fix, or try and fix, what he has now. Advise him as best as I can. But at the end of the day, if he doesn't keep his dog off and it goes back to how it was. Then I'm limited in what I can do.
Just trying to avoid any comeback on you when his lawn returns to what it's like currently. A job to kindly pass on perhaps??
I've had a few customers like this where I probably should of passed them on , like the ones I tell not to let the pets on the newly laid turf and as soon as I close the gate there all over it and they phone me back asking why its bumpy
Customer needs to be realistic, if they have dogs/children they are never going to have the perfect lawn. Doesn't look like much thatch, I'd just fertilize it for now.
Thanks Honey. I agree and will be informing him of my thoughts before I start. Thanks
How long has it being going on for and is it likely to continue when the work is in progress and once the lawn is restored otherwise will be an ongoing problem also fertilizer could be toxic to the dog .
