it hard to assess on a aerial photo it looks like it has a lot of trees so blowers and vacks and its hard to mulch on a fortnightly visit (more cut and drop) is there any boarders to do, how much striming? i bet there was at least three full time staff looking after that estate plus tree surgeons hired in when ness
Sounds like a how long is a piece of string, I think it depends on how neat a look they are looking for, we have one sizable site and the client wants the whole thing neat so they get at least 240 man days with extras for the lakes, streams, lawns etc. We have other estates where we only do some areas and leave bits of it alone.
