To outsource tasks in all order to free up time to concentrate on our strengths. We have a new baby coming and we need to be creative, continue our excellent time management skills but above all outsource tasks that do not need to be done by Aye or I - will also help us to have a valuable insight into how another business dedicated to that task, gets things done- like a virtual assistant- sending newsletters, sending follow up emails, confirming appointments, sending info sheets on after care etc
In answer to my question; better organisation, better contract/job costing and reviewing equipment needs.
Also, I'm terrible at remembering the little things, I have eureka moments and try to make notes but easily forget them if not recorded promptly, so I picked up this blog from Richard Branson. Well worth reading and also following his Entreprenuer blogs
