What makes a 'Great Boss' ?

I've worked for some excellent bosses in the past and recognise some of these, but not sure how many of  I can tick ;-) but never the less an interesting infographic showing some of the traits/behaviours of a 'Great Boss' 

It's easy to rubbish things like this, but something must 'make' a good boss and I wonder for those that employ, how would your guys rate you ?

    I used to teach leadership in my RAF career and one of the most popular suggestions as a respected tenant of leadership was always setting the example. So I keep it in the forefront of my mind with regard to displaying high standards, work ethic, motivation and general enthusiasm around any guys who work with me.

    I can identify all of the points and try very hard to implement most of them, but the problem with us small businesses is that work just gets in the way!
