    Don't try cheap and cheerful if you want it to work.
    It may well just turn out to be cheap and rubbish!!
    Try Wordpress if you are a bit of a novice it's supposed to be fairly straight forward!
    I've paid to have mine done as I have no time, skills and imagination to do it myself!!!
