Waterproof/Gore Tex knee pads

Hi All, Hope everyone is well.

After some feedback/recommendations..

When I started out some years back I started off with a kneeler for weeding etc, but binned it. So I went with knee pads. Now I know that a lot of people don't get on with them, but having skinny legs the elasticated ones work for me. I've tried the hard faced (like floorers/chippys use but have since moved on to the soft ones, currently using DeWalt. They suit me as I wear chinos or similar. The only problem is that they make my knees/trousers damp(sweat) and are making my knees ache. Does anyone know of something similar, perhaps with Gore Tex/wicking liner that would do the job? Thanks in advance. Steve.

I don't know of any gore Tex type knee pads for trade, but have you tried looking at mountain biking knee pads? I've got some fox knee pads that are so comfortable.

I use the burgeden and ball knell pad, the DeWalt floorers knee pads and the the ones that slide into trade's men trousers (when not in shorts). Often a combination of two depending on the weather and ground surface.
