We have a small 1/2sized IBC that slots in thru side van door which is filled up at yard.
We use a 12v submersible pump (lead plugged into cig lighter) dropped into IBC with outlet connected to small length of hose.
Pump costs about £10-15 from boat chandlers ( what's used in caravans, boats etc for taps, showers...)
Just an idea - would that work..?
seems quite sensible to me....

Sorry for my ignorance. IBC??
IBC = Intermediate Bulk Containers - comes in sizes 500L upwards
Sits on a pallet (wood, ali or plastic)
Container either translucent or black plastic
Has large filling hole at top and 'tap' on 2" outlet at bottom
Small size fits nicely in van by bulkhead, thru side door, strapped to anchor points.
1 man can lift empty IBC into van.

Sounds do-able. Thanks Gary
I must get a few IBC's for days when I'm out spraying.
