Looks okay to me. Not sure what all the fuss is about!
A couple of years ago I saw some landscapers in a truck with the bed tilt lever knocked to tip, which it did leaving a pile of trimmings from trees and hedges right on the junction at the end of the local fire station.
Someone must have phoned the 999 call centre as the fire officers ran down the toad to join the passing drivers who were clearing the trash onto the side of the road.
It wasn’t the first time I saw something like this, one big mess I saw years ago was after a ready mix concrete lorry drove up a road with the dump lever in gear leaving concrete spread over half a mile of road.
