Want a garden just S of Sheffield?

Anyone in  S18 (Appleknowle - around 10 miles S of Sheffield) want a garden of around an acre?

I met with a friend the other day, and her parents are beyond looking after the garden - I've no idea what's required - but I suspect grass, shrubs and a few borders...

    Just a little too south for me, but what a great idea to post it up on here. Maybe it could be a thing that we offer work via this forum?
