Vibration problems

As I suffer with the dreaded white finger I bought a pair of full gel anti vibration gloves back in april(about £15 ebay) and found that they helped relieve symptoms enormously,lent them to one of the lads who also suffers and he agreed before managing to lose them!Should of had him horsewhipped!

    When doing my Lantra tickets the instructors advised against these gloves as you are tricked into using the machines for longer than is safe without a break. Not sure what everybody else's views are, but they are not for me. Would be interested in other members experiences though.

    Sorry Gardens4u missed that post,wasnt trying to steal your thunder,just noticed a lot of posts about vibration so tried to help.My partner who works alongside me also suffers from raynauds so deepest sympathies,but what is ergodine?
