Posted on here previously we use rubber sheeting on a continuous roll, easy to cut and it's own weight keeps it from moving. Various Internet suppliers and thicknesses available. We put it down on top of the ply from new and it lasts for as long as we keep the vehicles. From memory to cover a lwb ducato is around £180 Inc vat, if you need our suppliers details let me know. Some of the stuff is garbage be warned!
Thanks Peter, yes please at the supplier details. handyhorti@outlook.com Cheers
Neil, will hunt invoice down over weekend and forward details
Neil. Email sent just check spam in case it's ended up in there
Neil, I did email.the suppliers details, did you receive?
Hi Peter, No I never recieved it, not even in the spam folder. I would be gratful if you could please. handyhorti@outlook.com Many thanks
We use aluminium chequer plate on the heaviest load areas of the vans and screw it into the ply lining.
Cheers Nick.
Neil. Resent hope you get it this time!
I have the same issue. I would like to fit something over the remaining ply. Either the rubber or checkerplate. Do you cut the material yourselves? Any suggested suppliers would be appreciated, I'd like to do this now before the plywood deteriorates any further. Thanks.
