Urgent Product Safety Warning from DMM regarding Carabiners.

Please see the following information:

Some of you may have already heard of an issue that has been flagged up regarding certain batches of DMM carabiners which causes the locking mechanism to not close fully.
We cannot stress how important it is that you check your equipment if you know you have any DMM carabiners currently in service.
