This is a message to anyone who is self employed or runs their own business who is also based within 90 minutes drive to Heathrow Airport. We are currently recruiting for operatives who would be interested in driving snow ploughs and other roles at the airport.
All of the work is airside, full training is given (and for which you will be paid for). You will only be required if snow is forecast to settle so the work can be easily worked around your own schedules.
If you are interested or have any questions please send me an email - nick@slcontracts.net, reply to this thread or call me on 07832 144935.
We are currently looking for significant numbers of the following:
- Hand workers, (no experience required)
- Gator Drivers (no experience but car driving licence required)
- Tractor Drivers (tractor experience necessary)
- HGV (only a car driving licence required and experience of driving large vehicles, full training given and you will be paid for this)
- Co-pilots (HGV) (does not need a driving licence)
- Team Leaders. (needs to have a driving licence)
If we have a bad winter then this will provide an excellent opportunity to earn decent money with the only outlay being steel toecapped boots and a means of travelling to Heathrow (although we try and get people to car share where possible).
Please get in touch with me for rates and application forms or for further explanations of the various roles.
Best regards
Nick

I would love to supply the airport with the best snow clearing shovel on the market.
Not suitable for runways, but passenger areas.
