The area would then be levelled and soil improver added, and the majority of surface stones removed.
I prefer Q Lawn (http://www.qlawns.co.uk/) to Rowlawn and they seem to be slightly cheaper. In the past I have had quality issues with Rowlawn which was claimed fresh but clearly was several days old and yellowing badly.
I would also do the first couple of cuts thrown in with the price and offer to maintain the lawn in the future if this is what the customer wanted.
My business is based 25 miles West of London which is quite a lucrative market, I wouldn't be able to come close to the £1500 you would like to do the job for!
not worth the trouble 4 less !

Last week I paid just over £2 sqm for 110sqm of Rolawn collected. Point out that the non-trade price for Rolawn is substantially more and, if you can't mark up by double, charge somewhere between the two.
Cheers
