Tuda luxury 30mm grass

OK so I've been laying artificial for a couple years now and I like to think I know what I'm doing. I was doing a garden for someone and they decided they wanted more artificial than what was planned for so this meant they needed an other 6 meter off a roll, I know you shouldn't work from different rolls but the customer was trying to keep cost down and got their own materilas, I've joined grass plenty times with different rolls and you would never notice but this tuda grass is giving me a headache as customer thinks I've laid it the wrong way, all the grass blades are same way but the grass on the right slightly points to the left and the second roll to the left of it slightly points to the right so you can see the colour difference in the sun.

What's your opinions? Any help much appreciated

No amount of sand and brushing will blend it?

From memory tuda grass has more of a c shape to the blades (which I assume is how the colour difference is happening).

Can't unfortunatly help you more as I've never mixed suppliers.

    • I haven't mixed suppliers its the same grass from same supplier 7013585052?profile=RESIZE_930x7013594501?profile=RESIZE_930x

      • Also this artificial says you don't need sand infill but I'm thinking of doing that anyways and a good brush I'm hoping will sort it

You could try a powered brush like the stihl kombi type with some sand to alter the lay of the grass.

    • Yeah that's the plan mate I'm hoping it works

  • What does the manufacturer say about it ? could it just be a matter of different colour between batches ? do they have a number for the batches so that they can try to supply you with a new piece from the same batch or run ? i think they should have some responsibility here as a small colour difference is acceptable but this is massive
