Tree Stump Removal

I am in the process of thinning out a customer's wood. So far, I have taken down about 30 trees. Some large, some small. As a result, I have the stumps remaining. I have not yet finished and over the next few weeks, will be felling more trees. I would appreciate advice on the best way of removing the stumps. As stated, there are a number of small ones, which a stump grinder might struggle with. I may well have to dig these out. I'm wondering if to get a mini digger in and try digging the stumps out. t must be quicker than with a spade. Has anyone any suggestions? Thanks.

I have done small stumps(less than 6inches) with a stump grinder with no issues it just takes a lot less time to grind them out.
