That could have been a lot worse, how much damage was caused?
He was in it when it fell aswell, a branch went through the cabin and the rest just crushed the drivers side cabin down a bit
Always a chance to make a sale! :-)
Ouch!! glad no one was hurt.
Are they able to repair the van?
I have a polish body work guy he said he can make it like new again but will always see the repair work on top even after painted. Insurance won't pay out as it's "natural causes"
Might be worth getting it on a commercial Jig to have the structure/chassis looking at to see if its twisted or stressed before spending money getting it repaired.
Natural causes? That is not a reason I am afraid. How do they explain paying out on all the flood claims that they have had recently. I would fight the insurance company if I were you. My wife works in insurance so if you have a copy of the policy and would like her to look at it then send me a message.
Ben
I have my lawyer involved as it's not staying like this, he's tolde to repair the van for the time being, the the invoice and he will sort it out from there, iv added more extras to it, getting new suspension and couple other bits!,
It's just sitting at my wear house, find it so pathetic how they say it's natural causes, but my lad was in the van and he's going to claim of the insurance aswell as it's injured him,
Thank you Ben!
