Many years ago when I worked for my dad doing some landscaping work alongside general building around Inkberrow and Redditch we used the concrete mixer to mix our own using available materials.
I had better point out that if you try mixing dressing in a concrete mixer everything need to be dry and friable as if if the mix is damp it will roll into balls.
For serious levelling, you need a 50/50 renovation mix rather than 70/30 (does not bind) or compost dressing like progrow (great stuff, but too fluffy for levelling). However, if it's not too bad, then I would use progrow.
The 50/50 renovation mix has more "rough shape" sand and soil, so it will bind together better. It's used to build up golf greens. Most 70/30 suppliers will have something like it. Best deals are local to you as transport costs are a killer.
