    Hi Adrian,

    Ticks are hard to kill, and I may be wrong but most effective pesticides in the UK have been banned. You can seek out herbal pesticides but I'm not sure how effective they are.

    You might be better purchasing one of our long handle construction shovels and bashing them over the head! :)
