Hi all,

After taking a knock in losing out to a large contract in the public sector recently, its left me battered but not knocked out.

I'm till interested in domestics, but having a chatr with a few people i'd like to focus in getting work in the following areas, can anyone shed any comments

Wedding Venues - I now feel i'm at a point to handle such a prestigoius venue and grounds
Hotel(s) and out grounds - As above
Public Houses - With medium - large style gardens
Junior Schools - Large, but not senior school large grounds.

I'm yet to have any work in any of these type of insitutions, has anyone else?, what sort of payers are they? and as my standards are high, my seeming to feel that wedding venue would expect a similar service to which i would provide. Are these type of cleints hard to persue into a business venture.

If anyone has any work are they based on a yearly contract work.
