Plenty more questions to come but not this evening, I'm whacked after another day on a slope correction project, I'm always keen to press forwards and have no qualms being part of an organisation that acts as a small element for "spreading the word"

This company has called me at least twice in the last year. I also despise these people who ring me up unsolicited, lie to me and then have the audacity to hang up on me when I start to explain, politely that I never divulge personal or business details to strangers over the phone.
I can't believe that you have the nerve to come on here and speak about the pride you have in your company Duncan. From where I'm looking the whole thing is built on a foundation of untruths, from the first sentence spoken by your sales lady(ies)
If you lie about "the boss needing work done in the area" how on earth can we switch to believing you when you make grand claims about master tradesmen, number of enquiries etc?

First of all, thank you for joining the site and putting your views across.
For members' information: I've taken three calls from Dominic and one of his colleagues asking for the thread concerning the Association of Master Tradesman to be removed from Landscape Juice because it is viewed as negative.
I've refused to do this and I have asked the company to provide to me some positive feedback or point me to positive reviews relating to their business - this information has not been forthcoming.
This site isn't about rubbishing or demonising other businesses or individuals but it does seek to conduct its business in an open and transparent manner.
Since many of our members have been contacted by call centre staff, I do not feel it is unfair for them to ask responsible questions about how the Association of Master Tradesmen is run.
For the Association of Master Tradesmen to get a fair review and to balance the natural review process, it is imperative that readers (and potential users of the service) are linked to positive reviews from registered tradesmen and consumers who use the service - at the moment, I have not been able to track down information referring to the site and/or its services, other than what's written on here and on the the Arbtalk website.
As I explained in our telephone conversations, if you and your company are able to provide the positive feedback in an open and transparent manner then this whole process could be turned round in your company's favour.
Please do not hesitate to contact me should you wish to discuss this further.
Yours sincerely,
Philip Voice
