No one goes out of my yard without steel toed boots!
Just wondering how you managed to get the fork thru the side of the boot............someone throw it at you?
I normally wear my steel toed boots but had put my wellies on to strim in the rain, and save my trousers getting covered in wet grass. It was one of those "can you just" jobs when I had finished. I was trying to scoop under some ground cover/weeds I was clearing from a little bed. A 5 minute job that could have been 5 weeks off work or 5 toes injured or 5 miles to the hospital etc..
Complacency! I've given myself a verbal warning : )
Oh dear, those "while you are here" jobs!! Along with "while you've got your mixer running, can you just......." and "It's not very high, it wont take you a minute"!!!
