    Well done Joe:-))

  • Nice one!

  • Great news. That's exactly what turned my business from mostly domestic, to monthly contract work.

Be prepared to bend over backwards. I got a call at 10:30 today asking if I could cut a tiny lawn (20 metres at best), before 12:00 when the new tenant was checking in! You have to accept the down-sides, such as slower payments, ridiculous demands etc., but it's the perfect place to pitch a smaller business that's below the VAT threshold.

Be very honest and straight with them about work. If it's outside your experience, or too big, better to say so and not take on too much. Ask me how I know!
