tender im looking at

hi is here a format to fill out when tendering im due to go on a training cores next mouth but i have a tender to get in be for i go on it im just looking for advice on how to show it . iv worked out the cost of the tender and have my prices do i send it in as a normal quote ie with how much each aspect will cost them or is there a set for mat

hope im not doing your heads in asking but it how i learn lol

this my brief]
Fortnightly
Mowing and edging of lawns, weeding of planted areas and beds and pruning of shrubs from March to October inclusive. Use of weed-killers where appropriate and in compliance with COSHH.

Generally
Keeping all planted areas and beds tidy throughout the year, pruning and weeding where necessary. Removing rubbish and fallen leaves from the development.

Generally
Sweeping of all hard landscaped areas including paths, access ways and parking courts. Removal of moss, weeds etc.

    Ensure your quote is addressed correctly, dated and marked for the attention of the relevant person/department.

    Head the quote with Re: xxxxxxx House, Address.
    Garden Maintenance 2014 - Quotation

    Quote the brief above which is basic, but fine to price from.

    Finish with something like: 'We hope the above meets with your approval and look forward to hearing from you in due course'

    You will find examples on Google I would think that may help.

    Lastly, make sure the spelling and grammar are correct.
