    Thanks Phil - these interesting steps have kick-started this evening some ideas regarding marketing of our testimonials. It's true that customers like to see other like minded individuals who have worked with you successfully as a company before they commit. I had a customer who asked me at the weekend what sets us apart from our competitors but didn't think to also mention to read through our testimonials - (I assume he was satisfied with my answers anyway as did place a good order. It reminded me of the interview process which I suppose it is if a customer is committing to spending good money). (Karen)
