     Can give you a pdf of a method statement I made for rotary topping with a compact tractor a few years ago.  I have no idea if its 'good' or not but I got the job.  When I wrote it I just checked the safety requirements and instructions of the topper, and the tractor and assumed it was an "in operation risk assesment"
