    Q3/ What ratio of your business do consider to be? Currently Maintenance 75 % Landscaping 25% (soft landscaping only!), but this varied depending on the time of year.

    Q4/ What length of time have you had your longest customer? 15 years

    Q5/ What is the average length of time you expect your average customer to stay with you? Most have stayed with me for many years.

    Q6/ What horticultural qualifications do you have? Rhs general certificate in horticulture, BTEC garden Design
