    Personally I like to support my local repair shop/Stihl dealer, just walk in the door and the guys hook me up, do you not have a dealer close to you???

    Local dealer again! Wander in speak to the parts dept, out comes part, normally a damn good price. Then wander and speak to machine sales man, have a chat. see whats new. Back off to work!

    That way the machine sales man will apply pressure to service dept if I have machine issues!

      Make time for your local dealer! it will be worth it in the long run ;)

      I don't have enough time in my day for anything extra but sometimes you have to make sometime

    If its not practical to use a local dealer, lsengineers are great for spare parts http://www.lsengineers.co.uk/  Its easiest if you can locate the part number which you can usually find online and then just type part number into lsengineers search box as for example  http://www.motoculture-jean.fr/upload/pdf/FS360_FS420_FS420L.pdf. Parts usually cheaper than RRP with quick delivery.  For complete machines, f.r.Jones prices are hard to beat with free delivery. http://www.frjonesandson.co.uk/
