Personally, I use The Weather Channel app, which I find far more accurate than those you mention. Usually predicts chance of rain to the hour and is very localised.

I find yr.no to be useful for short-term weather forecasts, surprisingly as its the Norwegian weather service.Β Β
If I'm looking for the week ahead I use a mix of yr.no, netweather.tv, and whatever weather it is on my phone and try and make a judgment based on all three.Β
It's so hard to predict and how many times have you cancelled work for the next day as it's forecast to rain all day and it's dry from 10am!
I generally use the BBC weather app but watch the bbc tv forecast and make my own call based on the Β weather map which I am more times than not I seem to get right. (I loved geography at school especially weather, sad I know)
