THe KM55 is a domestic grade powerhead and has vibrations so bad your fingers will drop off - I have one, never use it, use the KM90 powerhead instead. The vibrations also mean you can not safely use if for more than an hour a day.
I would buy the lot for £145 though, as the extensions and attachments are worth 4x that. Sell the KM55 unit on ebay for £90-150 if its working, and your left with some good attachments, at near no cost.
