I had to buy one of those to adjust the carb on my br450. I think it's a 4mm hex. Standard sockets are to thick. Never seen the plastic bits before. Could they be some kind of adjustment add?
They could be gauges that you put on and it tells you have far you have turned the adjuster.
The orange part is a sleeve specifically for adjustment of the MM56 multisystem, presumably to allow the metal screwdriver past things it may short-out.
The white plastic part looks like a collar to allow you to tell how much you are adjusting the screw.
