I've never heard of stens blades. But oregon almost certainly make a high lift alternative. You just need the bolt spacing and total length of blade.
There’s a couple of makes that used to be around on eBay offering high lift blades.
Check provenance of said item and whether your mower was ever offered with an older type high(er) lift blade before regs came in. They put strain on engine and increase noise - so be prepared if you do use.
I’d not want a cheap copy eBay blade whizzing around @ 3k rpm inches from my feet !
